Your journey will take you to the shores of Caesarea, the quaint little coastal community that was once used as a sporting arena, shipping port, market area and a fishing village. Built by Herod the Great in 25-13 BC, Caesarea has a history with tremendous value to its citizens from the earliest of days. Today, it is a major tourist area and is also the largest privately run community in all of Israel.

On the top of Mount Carmel, you will see where Eliyahu, or Elijah as most know him, faced-off with the 400 false prophets of Ba-al pronounced (Bay all) and witness for yourself the scene from which the alter was built and how difficult it would have been to bring the water so far up the mountain to pour on the sacrifice.

Travel down the mountain side to Haifa, Israel's northern port of entry and see the magnificent buildings, the views, and see how even today, the busy streets, of the largest northern city in Israel, provides an excellent location for tourist to visit and to witness the excitement the little city has to offer. We will tour the Clandestine Immigration and Navy Museum in Haifa and learn how the Jews of Europe made the dangerous journey to the home land we know today as Israel.
